Coastal Rivers Realty has served the Beaufort County area since June 2005. While our company may be new, the agents are not. The office is staffed by 22 full-time Broker Associates who have over 140 years of combined sales experience. In addition to the brokers, the office also has a full time Business Development Coordinator and Training & Technology Coordinator to assist us in the selling of your home.
Many of the brokers have attended additional education seminars where they have received designations such as Certified Buyers Representative (CBR), Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). The brokers are committed to providing excellent customer service.
The office has five past Presidents for the Washington-Beaufort County Board of Realtors, one who was" Rookie of the Year" and three who received the prestigious " Realtor of the Year" award. All brokers are members of the North Carolina Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors.
In April 2006, the company became an affiliate of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation and will now be known as Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty. We will now be able to offer our customers innovative products and services exclusive to the Coldwell Banker system.
